Systec SP is equipped with a hybrid drive system and is particularly suited for applications in packaging production. Short cycle times and high availability provide the ideal solution for many quick applications. The Systec SP stands for production efficient processes and maximum cost effectiveness with best results.

Equipped with direct-drive motors for both injection and clamping, the SE-HSZ is ideally suited for parts with a cycle time less than 12 seconds, thin-wall parts and other applications requiring high-speed injection.

Equipped with direct-drive motors for both injection and clamping, the SE-HSZ PACK is ideally suited for thin-wall and packaging parts that run on fast cycle times and require high injection speeds. These direct-drive motors have a lighter, more compact, low-inertia/high-torque design that draws power only as it is needed, is easier and faster to stop and start, and is exceptionally precise.

Yushin is no stranger to innovation; continual research and development has been at the core of the company since the early 1970’s. Their unstinting R&D efforts led them to create what is their fastest model range: The HSA Series.

As with the HSA range the HST robot shows that Yushin do not just fit bigger motors to make a robot move faster they actually design purpose built high speed robots, these ranges deliver huge performance benefits with an environmental impact and reduced energy consumption.

As the natural successor to the industry leading Yushin YA range, the YC series delivers further refinements to performance, environmental impact and energy consumption. The new optimal design features have resulted in a 26% less energy usage compared to the already impressive YA Series.

Side Entry Robots

Yushin’s longest running and most popular side-entry robot range is still going strong. The SX-21 series includes models suitable for injection moulding machines with clamping forces between 100-300 tonnes.

Side entry speed for larger payloads, that is the domain of the SXA-800III. This highly capable robot features an ingenious 3-axis design that includes an extra servo motor on the vertical axis to deliver an unmatched lightness of touch in its class.

Suitable high speed successors to the popular SX-21 range, the SXA-300III and SXA-300V side entry robots are most suitable for injection moulding machines with clamping forces in the range 180 to 450 tonnes.

Several generations ahead of the ever popular SX Series, the TSXA features a new traverse frame designed for vastly improved downstream handoffs. The highly impressive take-out speed (dry cycle) of only 0.21 seconds is 25% quicker than the SX Series.

Formech’s 508FS (Floor-Standing) machine offers significant advantages over the desktop series with pre-stretch, auto-level and a much more powerful flow rate for demanding applications.

Featuring a power table, Formech’s 686 makes light work of the most demanding applications. Pre-stretch provides a more uniform material thickness for deep moulds whilst auto-level signals to the user the material is ready to form.
